First-launch on Mac: macOS will warn that the app cannot be checked for malware (we ship without an Apple Developer signature). To open it the first time: locate the app in Applications, right-click (or Control-click) → Open → confirm Open. After that, double-clicking works as normal.

First-launch on Windows: Windows may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” SmartScreen prompt. That’s expected for a newly-released app that hasn’t built up download reputation yet — it is not a virus warning. The installer is signed by Walden Associates LTD (you’ll see that as the Publisher).
